commemorate sth

Isn’t being alive a thing to commemorate? After learning the Buddhist philosophy of everything is impermanent I realize how being alive is a very precious thing. People are afraid of death, afraid of talking about death. Even we consciously ignore the fact of dying it still a fact. Breath is the symbol of being alive, so I decide to store them in plastic bags and put they on an altar to commemorate life. I remember when I was young and our family went to Japan for traveling, and I was surprised that Japanese are selling Fuji mountain’s fresh air in bags. Maybe I made that memory up by myself but that’s where I got my inspiration form on this project.
